Who we are:
Meridian Medicare Ltd. was incorporated in 1997 with a mission
to "Service the society by marketing and manufacturing
quality medicines". Initially the company marketed the
products of its sister concern M/s Meridian Laboratories Pvt.
Ltd. And in Year 2000 started manufacturing its own products
under loan licence arrangements. In year 2002, after establishing
a market base, the company has set up its own SSI unit at Shamti,
Solan. Technical and management professionals, having more than
20 years of experience in marketing and manufacturing pharmaceutical
formulations, manage the company. The company has an in house
modern and well-equipped testing laboratory. Qualified staff
and technicians operate the laboratory.
Where are we:
Our unit is set up in serene and pristine surrounding of Shivalik
foothills of Solan in Himachal Pradesh. It has been built
and equipped keeping in view all the requirements laid down
in GMP and Latest Schedule M (revised) of the Drug & cosmetic
Act, 1940. The unit has three sections and is producing products
in form of Tablets, Capsules and Liquids. We are manufacturing
quality products complying to WHO GMP Standards.
What is quality for us:
The quality begins at the product concept stage and extends
throughout the development, production, delivery and use of
a product. Thus Quality is everyone's business in Meridian
Medicare. The company has to fulfill the commitment to Customers
as per objective of the company. Quality is matter of Corporate
Pride for Meridian. The company has quality assurance approach,
quality is ensured at the conceptual stage. Every product
coming out of the factory is subjected to stringent quality
check at each stage. Therefore quality is ensured for each
batch that is manufactured.
What we offer:
The company produces medicines in three sections viz. Tablets,
Capsules and Liquids. The product range is selected with utmost
care & diligence and consists of about 50 products. Our
range includes Antacid, Anti-ulcerants, Anti-flatulence, antispasmodics,
Anti-diarrhoea, Cough and Cold remedies; Analgesic and Anti-pyretics,
Anti-inflammatory, Enzymes, Anti-rheumatic, Antibiotics, Anti-bacterial
combinations, Anti fungal, Vitamins and Minerals and anti-histamins
among other products. The packing and designs of products
are very sophisticated and of highest standards.
What we do:
Franchisee: We sell cure through number
of franchisees all over India.
Contract Manufacturing: We are utilizing
our spare capacity by manufacturing formulations of about
30 national pharmaceutical houses.
Exports: We are negotiating for exporting
our products in Taiwan and other Asian & African countries.
